Creare un account Amministratore

In BilloCloud esistono diversi livelli di accesso:

1. Super Amministratore
2. Amministratore
3. Agente
4. Cliente

Lo username e la password che vi sono state fornite sono quelle del livello di Super Amministratore. Il primo indispensabile passo per lavorare con BilloCloud è quello di creare almeno un accesso con livello Amministratore. Dopo aver effettuato il login tramite le vostre credenziali, vi troverete in una pagina simile a questa:

Per creare un nuovo Amministratore seguite questi passi:

• MENU -> Anagrafiche Soggetti -> Amministratori

L'elenco degli Amministratori configurati

• Crea Amministratore

Il form per inserire un nuovo Amministratore

• Inserire il nome e cognome dell'Amministratore, la username e la password per l'accesso
• Salva

Il nuovo Amministratore dovrebbe ora essere presente nell'elenco degli Amministratori configurati nel sistema.

}}  Lo username scelto deve essere diverso da quelli già presenti nel sistema. Vi consigliamo di utilizzare un prefisso o suffisso per i vostri Amministratori per distinguerli da quelli di altri utenti del sistema. Ad esempio uno username univoco potrebbe essere: mario.rossi@miaazienda

Tramite l'account di Super Amministratore è possibile solamente gestire gli Amministratori del sistema. Per gestire Servizi, Linee, Listini, Fatture, Clienti e simili è necessario effettuare il login tramite un account Amministratore. Per questa ragione, eseguire il logout e riaccedere al BilloCloud con l'account di Amministratore appena creato.
